Surrogacy in India is a procedure which is the best fertility procedure for the childless couples to have an own baby. In this procedure, the surrogate is a woman who helps those women who are unable to carry the pregnancy in their own womb due to some medical illness with their uterus. Then these surrogates will be hired by the fertility experts who will willingly carry the baby for childless couples in their womb and will hand-over the baby after the baby birth. These surrogates will be getting their compensation in the form of monthly installments which will be bear by the intended parents and the balance left will be paid to the surrogate once the heartbeat of the infant is confirmed through ultrasound.
Surrogacy in India is of two types (i) gestational and (ii) traditional surrogacy is a procedure of Surrogacy Delhi where the fertility expert will collect the eggs from the women ovaries and mix them with the sperm of her husband to facilitate fertilization and once the eggs gets fertilized the resulted embryo will be placed into the uterus of the surrogate mother and she will carry the pregnancy in her womb until the baby birth and will hand-over the baby to intended couples without any issues. This is a procedure in which couple will have their own genetic baby.
On the other side, the traditional surrogacy is a procedure of Surrogacy Delhi where the eggs of the egg donor or the surrogate mother will artificially inseminate with the sperm of the intended parents and the resulted embryo will be placed into the uterus of the surrogate mother. This is a procedure of Surrogacy Delhi where the surrogate is the biological mother of the baby born because her eggs were used for the fertilization.
After the completion of the Surrogacy Delhi, it’s the responsibility of the intended parents that they file the petition in Court on the third day of the baby born for seeking the permission to be a legal parent of the baby born. The Court will review all the agreements that signed before the Surrogacy in India between the surrogate and the intended parents after reviewing the agreement the Court will order the Department of Vital Statistics to issue a new birth certificate which will be in the name of intended parents as legal parent and surrogate mother has no right to the baby born.
